Layout of the
exhibition

| The
chief exhibition area is located in China Plastics City, the total area covers an area of
30 thousand s.q.m. Concrete layout: Area 1 plastic raw materials (auxiliary ingredients);
Area 2 plastic machinery & mold machinery; Area 3 transaction and processing of mold
materials; Area 4 large-scale petrochemical enterprises; Area 5 plastic products; Area 6
information exchange; Area 7 business invitation & projects cooperation; Area 8 open
area for booths. |
| Specifications and
fees for the booths |
Specifications: international
standard, special desiged booths and open area booths.
Standard booths covers an area of 9
sq.m. (3M*3M=9M), at 2,000 RMB for one period (foreign enterprise: 600 USD). Furnished
with one desk, two chairs, two lights and fascia board, limited to 3 workers. Special
designed booths coulc be discussed sparately. booths in the open area, 50 RMB/ M for one
period. For special requirements, please contact the Organizing Committee.

Date
of replying: Before Oct. 16th 1999 (as per the postmark). Meantime, please remit the fees
to the account of the Organizing committee of '99 China Plastics City National Plastics
Exhibition.

Exhibition preparation: Nov. 30~Dec. 2, 1999
Opening time: 8:30~16:30 everyday, on Dec. 3~5, 1999
Date of romoving exhibition: Dec. 6th, 1999
Date of register: on Dec. 1~2, 1999, the Organizing committee will have staff
members to receive in Yuyao Railway Station, if fly to Hangzhou and Ningbo, please contact
the Organizing committee in advance. Also you will be welcomed at the Yuyao Hotel for
registration.

Publication and
advertisement
|
| In
order to assist exhibitors to introduce themselves and products efficiently, there is one
publication, which contains the general information of the exhibition, directory of the
exhibitors, introduction of the products (limited to 150 characters), supply and demand
information, etc. To publicize advertisements on the publication is welcomed. Charge:
8,000 RMB on the second cover and back cover; 6,000 RMB on the third cover, and 3,000 RMB
on the internal page. For other advertisement in the exhibition area, please contact the
Organizing Committee. The detailed materials should be sent before Oct. 31,1999. |
Services free of
charge

| A
ceremonious demonstration on internet will be presented for this exhibition, please keep
an eye on the information released on the website (http://www.21cp.com). After removing
the exhibition, the enterprises can be put into the database on the China Plastics
Information Network (http://www.cpinfo.net) and China Plastic Products Network
(http://www.cppi.net) free of charge. |
